Parenting Tips for Coping with Secondary InfertilityAdults need alone time too, especially during challenging seasons of life. Tag team with your partner or hire support to create breaks from caregiving. It’s important to refuel your energy levels and emotional strength through autonomy and respite. Caregiving for a child is a one-way relationship. Unlike other adult relationships, this child to parent relationship isn’t reciprocal and is solely about meeting the child’s needs. Depositing into your own life equates to having more to deposit into your child’s. It’s a win-win.
