Confirm Ovulation

Having sex in the three to five days leading up to ovulation will greatly can increase chances of conception, so it’s important to know whether your body is cooperating. The first step is to confirm ovulation is occurring, and if so, how regularly. Chart your basal body temperature or use an ovulation prediction kit to confirm ovulation. The cheapest ovulation prediction kit is fine, they all measure the same thing – the amount of luteinizing hormone in your urine. Once you have stopped birth control for three months, monitor two or three your cycles for ovulation and track the results.
