Cut Out Sugar
It’s time to liberate yourself from that sugar addiction. High blood sugar can be damaging to egg quality and cause inflammation in the body while also promoting insulin resistance, a common problem in women with PCOS. Avoid artificial sweeteners, sugar-sweetened drinks like soda, sweetened teas, and sports drinks.
