Exercise

Building a strong, healthy body means getting active regularly. Find an exercise that interests you and that you enjoy, whether that is a long walk with the dog, an hour of yoga, a 3-mile run or a HIIT exercise class. Getting active for 30 minutes at least three times a week is a great start, and you can build up to five days a week or more.
